At PetDo (chensubing2026.top), we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for authorization.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from PetDo.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@chensubing2026.top. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible. If the new item has a different price, we'll either charge or refund the difference.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping required for damaged items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, if the order has been shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@chensubing2026.top.
